ABOUT ROSE GOB

 Rose Gob is an HR and Organization Development practitioner, educator, artist, writer, and lifelong learner who believes that work, creativity, and human growth are deeply connected.

For many years, Rose has worked in the fields of Human Resources, Organization Development, Knowledge Management, training, and cooperative development. Her professional journey has brought her into different organizations, communities, and workplaces where she has helped people and organizations learn, grow, adapt, and become better versions of themselves.

But beyond the professional titles is another side of Rose that has always been there—the artist and storyteller.

She paints. She draws. She writes. She photographs. She experiments with ideas. And she observes ordinary moments closely, often finding stories and possibilities where others may simply see everyday life.

Her creative journey eventually grew into CASCADE Art Studio, a space where she shares her artworks, creative explorations, art tutorials, reflections, and ideas about making art more accessible. For Rose, art is not simply about creating something beautiful. It is also a way of expressing thoughts, finding meaning, connecting with others, and seeing the world differently.

Her work and interests may appear to belong to different worlds—HR, organization development, cooperatives, education, writing, and art—but Rose sees a common thread running through all of them: people have the capacity to learn, create, grow, and make a difference.
